I thoroughly enjoyed its unbeatable and excellent location!
A lot of food for breakfast, which was fresh to satisfy everyone. Location: the hotel was close enough to city centre-comfortable and immaculately clean, and the Main Street cafes. It also was in walking distance to the township.

The room needed a second mirror haha. As a young couple we fought over the one in the bathroom

Friendly staff, Kerry was very welcoming and helpful. Position was fantastic, walking distance to the shops. Having a microwave was an asset. Very comfortable , if we stayed in Warrnambool again, we would stay again.

This hotel is conveniently located close to shops, dining options, and bars around town. Our standard queen room was modern and came with a kettle, a toaster, and a comfy sofa, making our stay quite pleasant. 🛋️.

The position of the hotel was useful.
I did not like the fact that the rooms showed no resemblance to the photos on both the website and the leaflet.Although the rooms were clean the master bedroom was cold although once again bearable. Hotels should be honest with the photographs used with their advertising as this would not build someones expectations before arrival there for feeling disappointed with a clean enough hotel but not what was advertised.

Have no hesitation in recommending this Motel. Would stay here again. Enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. at our disposal. Room warm & cosy thanks to split system. Kerry (the Manager) very welcoming and obliging. Upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost. Very nice stay - thank you.
